Room was spacious, but the bathroom needed updating for better accessibility.

Tastefully decorated room with great beds, the bathroom and a fridge and microwave, and there's public parking onsite, if you travel by car.

They have Hearing Accessible rooms with an amazing view and clean furniture, for instance and care about everyone. The hotel offers a lot of food that was fine. The venue provides a good service.

Fantastic view of the city, particularly the Empire State Building. The noise from the street at night was also a bit too much for my liking.

Location, near Penn Statiob was convenient.

The room is high-class, brand-new comes with a king bed, a fridge and microwave, shower. The hotel staff is knowledgeable and best. The service is good with public parking available and nice meals. They offer wake up service and ironing at no cost too

The lobby's beautiful decor with bright glass chandeliers was cute, and the spacious layout. The staff consistently ensured I had everything I needed.

Value for money - spacious room by NYC standards!

Decor is slightly outdated in communal areas and rooms.

My room was much larger than I expected, and my request for a high floor was accommodated. I had a fantastic view of the Empire State building. Except for the neighbors who returned in the middle of the night very loudly, it was very quiet. The ac worked great and I liked that it had a remote control. I like that the windows can be opened (though it was too hot for me to do so when I was there).

Some tourists might not like the immediate neighborhood, which is wholesale/commercial that shuts down at night, but New Yorkers (including me, formerly) know it's a convenient location for many reasons. I appreciated the free breakfast, but the breakfast room was invariably crowded (and I dislike the tv being on), so I just picked up my coffee and a pastry and took it back to my room in the morning. The room decor is a bit outdated, but the size and cleanliness of the room trumped that in my opinion.

Good place with 24-hour reception, excellent wi-fi, and laundry services. I'll never forget how the staff helped me exchange money during my first stay. Highly recommend for great service!

Awesome views and comfy stay

We had an amazing five nights here. The room was super spacious with two comfy queen beds, and waking up to the Empire State Building view was just epic! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast options were solid.

The rooms are top-class and brand-new, with free tea and climate control. The price is US$ 136. Good service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi.

hotel staff was very friendly. my room was extremely clean and so do all places at the hotel. no doubt that anybody who wants to have a nice vacation in new york can choose this hotel without hesitation.
